A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of bookings, and the balance thereof is due and payable 2 months before arrival.

The initial deposit is required to be made within 48 hours of the booking confirmation otherwise the booking office reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.

In the event that the remaining 50% deposit is not made by the due date (1 month ahead of the arrival date), the reservation office again reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.

In the event that guests wish to cancel their accommodation or alternatively do not actually take up their reserved accommodation, the deposits paid (less a 10% administration fee) will only be refunded if and when the reserved accommodation is re-let.

In all other instances, the deposits are not refundable.

Due to the precarious height of the main deck and unfenced swimming pool, children are to be under the constant supervision of adults

All diving arrangements are to be made directly with Malongane Dive Camp upon arrival and paid for separately.
